Key Responsibilities
As an Adult Education Instructor - English as a Second Language, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our adult learners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that promote learner autonomy and critical thinking
• Developing and maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery and quality assurance
• Providing support and guidance to students, addressing any concerns or issues they may have

About You
We are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses:

• A relevant teaching qualification (L5 or above)
• Experience working with adult learners in a college setting
• Strong knowledge of ESOL curriculum and pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
