Support Staff for SEN Pupils

Annual Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

About the Job

We are looking for a supportive and patient individual to fill the role of Support Staff for SEN Pupils in the Barnsley area. As part of our team, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to provide tailored support to students with various Special Educational Needs.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering personalized learning activities, supporting pupils with social, emotional, and communicational skills, and helping monitor students' progress.

We require someone with experience working with children with special educational needs, strong understanding of SEN, and ability to manage challenging behavior using various techniques.

Successful applicants should have a clear Enhanced DBS, experience working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs, and a commitment to providing high-quality support to students.
