Job Overview

Global Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team to recruit and retain registered care workers, ensuring we meet the staffing needs of our existing clients while onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team, providing guidance and support in recruitment efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential care workers to facilitate recruitment.
  • Advise and educate potential carers about our services and job opportunities.
  • Respond to leads and inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Organise and present Carer Registration Events to attract new candidates.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Devise and present innovative ideas to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct interviews and perform thorough recruitment checks on candidates.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong background in recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Clear spoken English with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Clean driving license and willingness to travel.
