Job Summary

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Lead to drive quality improvements across various manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in ensuring the highest quality standards are met, overseeing the design, production, and delivery stages.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, including design of experiments, statistical process control, and lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Process Development: Design and implement quality processes to meet industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals in ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and mentoring on quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing, preferably in power generation, infrastructure, or prefabricated construction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.
