Maintenance and Repairs Professional

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Porthaven Care Homes. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and quality of our residents' living environments.
Your duties will include conducting regular maintenance checks, performing basic repairs, and ensuring that all facilities are fully functional. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of property maintenance and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A competitive salary with flexible working hours, along with a range of benefits, makes this an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
