We are looking for two Band 4 Multi Profession Rehab Assistants to join our AHP Enhanced Rehabilitation Team in North Wales.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing rehabilitation focused practice in a community-based setting.

Main Duties
  • Supporting Therapists in the assessment, organisation, implementation, and evaluation of therapy and multi-disciplinary team interventions.

Person Specification
  • NVQ level 3 BTEC or equivalent, or relevant experience plus additional training.
  • Relevant experience working in a caring environment with complex physical, cognitive, and behavioural problems.
  • A commitment, enthusiasm, and flexible approach.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,655 - £31,383 per annum, depending on experience. This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
