We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Controller to join our dynamic team at Zenith. As a key member of our Commercial division, you will be responsible for advising stakeholders on vehicle repairs and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Advise key stakeholders on cost-effective vehicle repair decisions
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions and resolve queries and escalations
- Work closely with the Contract Relationship Manager and Customer Service Manager to resolve issues
- Monitor and organize contracts, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Provide regular updates to customers on repair progress and due service inspections
- Report defects to customers, prepare estimates and quotations, and obtain covering order numbers
- Strong knowledge of LCV and HGV compliance
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent telephone-based customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and reliable
- Salary: £14,500 (pro rata)
- Company Bonus on top of salary
