Key Responsibilities:


As an administrator, the primary purpose of this role is to work with the UAS team, supporting customers to participate in the Unit Award Scheme. This involves high levels of organisational and prioritisation skills to complete tasks in a timely manner.


The associated administrative tasks are varied and include supporting new customers with registration forms, setting up and attending training workshops, handling first line communications with customers, and providing information to colleagues in other departments.


This role requires the use of various Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Dynamics and Excel, as well as internal bespoke processing systems.


Activities:



  1. Providing administrative support for the effective delivery of the registration process with a high degree of accuracy.
  2. Adding new organisations to our finance processing system and providing data for invoicing purposes.
  3. Setting up and maintaining accurate customer records on CRM, events and claims processing systems.
  4. Handling first line internal and external customer queries.
  5. Preparing and organising monthly online training sessions.
  6. Working with the Registrations and Training Manager to ensure process documentation and procedures are up to date.
  7. Supporting the unit validation process and gathering customer insight and research activities.
  8. Gathering data for monthly reports to monitor performance against UAS targets.
  9. Delivering IT proficiency in reporting, data processing and analysis tools.
  10. Building relationships with internal and external customers to deliver a best-in-class service.
