The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to our guests across all hotel and spa areas, mainly based in our award-winning Ballroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service, including setting and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Run a section in the Ballroom and other restaurants across the business, including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch, and Dinner.
  • Set up for events and functions, ensuring all setup procedures are followed accurately and maintaining compliance with closedown and setup procedures.
  • Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for food, service, and guest experience.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
