About the Role:

In this exciting position, you will manage and participate in day-to-day operations and transactional services, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. You will be responsible for executing payroll and HR administration services at the Halstead Plant, adhering to legal requirements and Group policies.

You will collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure all monthly changes are updated onto SAP by the payroll deadline and ensure timely and accurate payments. This involves working closely with the team to resolve any issues that may arise during the payroll process.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with proficiency in Excel being essential. A flexible and positive attitude is crucial, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and plan effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute payroll and HR administration services at the Halstead Plant.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure timely HR administration throughout the full employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A flexible and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and plan effectively.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services and Industrial/FMCG environment is advantageous.
