Welcome to the Rentokil Initial Graduate Scheme, a comprehensive program designed to fast-track your career in pest control. As a graduate, you'll embark on a journey of professional growth and development, tailored to your individual learning pace and career interests.

Program Overview

The Rentokil Initial Graduate Scheme is a 12-36 month program that offers a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. You'll start as a Pest Control Technician, providing invaluable support to customers while receiving comprehensive industry-recognised training. As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to choose your own career path down one of the following roles:

  • Sales Surveyor
  • Service Team Leader
  • Key Account Manager
  • Field Biologist

Our graduate scheme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the pest control industry. You'll have access to world-class training at our purpose-built home for science, innovation, and training - The Power Centre.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Rentokil Initial Graduate Scheme, you must possess a minimum of a 2:2 in one of the following subject matters:

  • BSC in any Science related field:
  • Zoology
  • Life Sciences
  • Environmental Sciences
  • Biology
  • Geography

Or BA Hons in any of the following:

  • Business Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Events Management
  • Hotel Management
  • International Hospitality Management
  • Business economics and finance
  • Retail Management
  • Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Management
  • Food Industry Management
  • Retail Business Management
  • Hospitality Management

You must also possess a full UK driving license, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to adapt to varying work patterns.
