Build Maintain Recruit Limited is working with a regional consultancy to find an experienced Infrastructure Engineer/Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise across a diverse range of projects, from small highway upgrades to large-scale residential and commercial developments.

• Designing infrastructure for commercial and residential developments, including highways, external works, and drainage systems
• Leading designs from initial appraisal through to planning and detailed design
• Applying a strong understanding of highway and drainage design standards, including CDM regulations
• Proficient use of design software such as AutoCAD, Civils 3D, Site3D, and Micro Drainage
• Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards
• Effectively managing time and maintaining detailed project records

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Post-graduate experience in a consultancy environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of highway and drainage design standards
• Expertise in drainage standards, including Sewers for Adoption and CIRIA SuDS Manual
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and Civils 3D
• Strong organisational and time management skills
