Speech Pathologist

Job Summary: Aspris Childrens Services Limited is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and associated learning difficulties. A competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Speech Pathologist to provide support to students in a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will work closely with our therapists and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. The focus of the whole school approach is in three core areas: education, independence, and inclusion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receiving and responding promptly to referrals
• Leading and facilitating group and/or individual therapy sessions
• Managing, monitoring, and reviewing an assigned caseload

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience of working with young people with ASD, preferably within an education setting. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
