We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Brightside, a new and exciting restaurant concept from Loungers PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and health & safety of the kitchen, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.


As a Head Chef at Brightside, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff to create a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
