CV-Library is seeking a skilled High Needs Tutor to join our team, supporting small groups of learners in the classroom with their functional skills and ICT.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that promote academic excellence and personal growth.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and assessing learning plans, building effective relationships with learners, parents/carers, and staff, and achieving company KPIs and individual performance targets.

This role requires a minimum 2 years' experience in 14-24 provision, full Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS, PTLLS, DTLLS), and experience of teaching students with Autism and/or SEN. The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient, and motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
