We have an opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our Planned team in the Warwick area. Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

* Contributing to project commercial strategies and taking ownership of subcontract packages
* Conducting site visits, taking measurements of works required, and pricing up scoping documents with the schedule of rates as agreed with the client
* Working with the commercial and operations teams to procure works packages in a timely manner, including producing a procurement programme
* Making good quality decisions and understanding the importance of making profit and maximising opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified and experienced surveyor with a good work ethic and a confident communicator. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to form and develop relationships with all stakeholders. Ideally, you will have experience within social housing or working within a tier 1 contractor.
