About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at Interaction Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and maintenance of management accounts on a quarterly basis
  • Manage 3 different currency bank accounts
  • Fully conversant with VAT submissions on an export/import basis
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements
  • Part or fully qualified
  • Proven experience as a management accountant or similar level role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE, Xero) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards
