Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
- Provide targeted support and interventions to meet each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Contribute to the school's SEN policies and practices
