Meat Specialist

Are you a skilled meat specialist looking to take your career to the next level? We are currently seeking an experienced butcher to join our team at Carnaby site.

As a butchery expert, you will be responsible for processing beef and lamb to a high standard while meeting production targets and customer specifications. You will work in a fast-paced environment with competitive rates for skilled individuals and opportunities for progression.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Bone and trim beef and lamb to a high standard
• Meet production targets and customer specifications
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Comply with Company Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in the butchery industry (block test at interview)
• Able to prove Right to Work in the UK
