Contract: Term time plus additional days and training (42 weeks per year)

We are seeking a Part Time Learning Support Practitioner to join a specialist college and training hotel for young people with learning disabilities.

As a Part Time Learning Support Practitioner, you will provide support to students with learning disabilities, enabling them to access education and training.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support to students with learning disabilities
* Assist students with daily living tasks and personal care
* Support students in accessing education and training
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and support

Requirements:

* Experience working with young people with learning disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of special educational needs and disability
