Expertise in Debt Recovery and Commercial Litigation

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Expert to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in Debt Recovery, Commercial Litigation, and Insolvency cases.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing support to the senior partner and effectively acting as their right-hand person. They will also mentor and train junior legal staff, driving business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the firm.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position within the company. With opportunities for career progression, including advancement to directorship or partnership level, we offer a clear path for professional development.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a modern and newly refurbished office environment, with hybrid working arrangements available to balance work and personal life. Our profit share/commission structure allows for potential additional earnings, making this an attractive opportunity for motivated professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will require Scottish Qualified Solicitor status, 3+ years of experience in Debt Recovery, Commercial Litigation, and Insolvency, and experience supporting team members and management responsibilities. Experience in Employment Law would be desirable but not essential.
