Senior Lecturer

About the Role:

Gi Group is seeking a Senior Lecturer - Personal Development to join our team. As a Senior Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons that address various aspects of personal and social development, aligned with the NCFE L1/E3 Certificate in Personal and Social Development.

Main Duties:

1. Deliver high-quality lessons that promote personal and social development, with a focus on IT, communication, teamwork, following instructions, and time management.
2. Provide individual guidance and support to help students develop their skills and achieve their personal and academic goals.
3. Work collaboratively with other program staff to ensure a seamless transition for students from home education to college.
4. Utilize strong understanding of personal and social development principles and theories to inform instruction and support.
