Workday Finance Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 System Maintenance and Optimization: Ensure the Workday Financials system is up-to-date and functioning optimally by conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
\u2022 Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the Workday Financials system to align with business needs, including creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflows.
\u2022 Data Integrity and Security: Maintain data integrity and security within the Workday Financials system, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
\u2022 User Support and Training: Prepare training manuals and user documentation for the Workdays Financial system. Provide support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and address any technical issues or questions they may have.
\u2022 Reporting: Develop and manage financial reports through various Workday reporting tools to support business needs, adhering to and supporting compliance with regulations and company policies.
\u2022 Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and HR, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday Financials.
\u2022 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Requirements:
\u2022 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Functional Analyst or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience specifically with Workday Financials.
\u2022 Proven track record of configuring and managing Workday Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement.
\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and intuitive mind.
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
\u2022 Proficiency in Workday Financials, including report writing and dashboard creation.
