Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and effective care.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide high-quality patient care, working autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a range of physical health and palliative conditions.
  • Participate in educational activities, contributing to the development and maintenance of advanced clinical practice across the service.
What We Offer
  • Salary £46,148-£52,809 per annum.
  • Annual leave allowance 27 days plus 8 public holidays (pro rata) aligned to NHS (subject to eligibility).
  • Continued access to NHS Pension Scheme (subject to eligibility).
