We're seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Care Manager to take the lead in shaping the future of care at our Riverside care home. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in achieving industry-leading standards in the day-to-day running of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and management for all staff employed in the home, ensuring a caring environment that meets the latest guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.
  • Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy, promoting a high level of satisfaction with the service.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Home Manager in a residential and dementia setting.
  • Strong budget control and accounting skills, with knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • The ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas, driving continuous improvement in the delivery of care services.

Salary Estimate: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
