Deputy Manager

Job Summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at our Children's Home in Norfolk. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the home, including staff supervision and training
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
• Ensure the home is run in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Children's Act and Quality Care Standards
• Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma - Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience of working in a residential setting, preferably with children and young people with autism and related disabilities
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
