Facilities Operations Manager

The Opportunity:

As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will report to the Head of FM UK & EMEA and work closely with the FM Leadership team and Senior Facilities Managers to ensure consistent FM service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites, focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong background in process and policy management
  • Excellent administration skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in FM, H&S, and Environmental
  • Ability to manage contractors in an operational capacity
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel between UK offices to maintain a single team ethos
