Insurance Claims Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Administrator to join our team at Goodlord. As an Insurance Claims Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Insurance claims process.
About the Role:As an Insurance Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing claims submissions, ensuring all relevant documentation is gathered and filed correctly, and liaising with key stakeholders where further information is required. You will also assess claims against policy wording and processes, communicate outcomes with customers, and work alongside our panel solicitors to recover possession of rental properties and any monies outstanding from tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and assess claims submissions to ensure compliance with policy wording and processes
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including customers, letting agents, and panel solicitors, to gather information and resolve claims
- Communicate outcomes to customers and keep them informed throughout the claims journey
- Work with our panel solicitors to recover possession of rental properties and any monies outstanding from tenants
- Support the Senior Claims Facilitator with Rent Protection payment requests
- Provide clear and factual information to customers in line with policy wordings and processes
- Experience working in a process-driven, administrative environment delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with customers quickly and effectively
- Superb organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise efficiently and manage a caseload
