Job Title: Tax Planning & Financial Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Planning Specialist to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Tax Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing tax planning and financial advisory services to equity holders operating through various business structures.

The Role:

  • Provide tax planning and financial advisory services to equity holders, including corporation tax planning, tax mitigation strategies, and personal tax returns.
  • Work closely with our partner entities and Accounts Manager to provide tailored tax management strategies.
  • Act as a matter specialist for tax-related issues, including partnership taxation, CGT, PAYE, and VAT.
  • Establish infrastructure support, including setting up HMRC agent authorisation and implementing suitable taxation software.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified accountant with experience in providing personal and corporate tax services.
  • 5+ years' experience in tax planning and advisory services, ideally gained from working with owner-managed businesses and complex business structures.
  • Good knowledge of partnership accounting and experience with tax-related software packages.
