Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Learning Disability Nurse will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users. You will also be responsible for providing mentorship and support to colleagues, observing and recording changes in service users' conditions, and maintaining accurate records of care provided. Your expertise and passion for care will enable you to deliver compassionate and person-centred care that makes a real difference in the lives of our service users.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant nursing qualification, NMC registration, and strong team-working skills. A positive attitude, natural caring nature, and commitment to high-quality care are essential. You will also need to possess a high level of self-motivation and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. With your expertise and passion for care, you will make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
