We are seeking an experienced manager with a strong background in quality assurance and clinical governance to take on the role of Quality and Clinical Governance Lead at Ty Hafan.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and governance across our Hospice services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and governance strategies
  • Lead and manage a team of quality and governance professionals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive quality and governance initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality assurance and clinical governance

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and teams
