Vetro Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking primary school in Cardiff Bay to recruit a Foundation Stage Teacher Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take on a leadership role in the foundation stage department, overseeing the delivery of high-quality early years education
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and educational programs
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support pupil progress and achievement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status or overseas equivalent
  • Registration as a Teacher with the EWC (the Education Workforce Council) - we can help you with this
  • References covering the last three years (no gaps)
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £157.66 per day minimum, based on national averages for similar positions in the UK.
