Career Opportunities for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at Carbon 60.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our building maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of mechanical work, fault finding and repairs, ensuring that planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out mechanical work, fault finding and repairs to ensure PPM is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Using a CAFM system for work processing and monitoring of estates maintenance procedures.
  • Providing trade skill expertise and information to the management team as requested.
  • Carrying out fault finding with the ability to diagnose problems and improvements, and hands-on repair of designated plant and equipment.
  • Having a good knowledge of hospital building services, including boilers, ventilation and air conditioning, and associated control systems, heating and cooling systems, and all other general mechanical installations.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent.
  • HTM knowledge and experience within health premises.
