Crop production specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the success of East of Scotland Growers Limited's operations. As a major UK retail supplier, we produce a wide range of vegetable crops, including broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, swede, Tenderstem, cabbages, spring greens, kale, leeks, onions, carrots, and asparagus.

We are currently seeking an agronomist and a crop manager to join our agricultural team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day field functions, including agronomy, harvest management, production planning, and customer communications. This will involve working closely with farmers, developing production plans, and communicating with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crop production, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. A full UK driving licence is essential, as regular travel is required across our growing regions. BASIS and FACTS qualifications are desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, a company vehicle, and private health care. If you are passionate about agriculture and looking for a challenging role, please submit your CV and covering letter for consideration.
