Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Hardwicke, Gloucestershire. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for leading a large team responsible for the receipt, picking, packing, and returns of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and guide a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders
- Control the movement of stock and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety policies
- Supervise the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, overseeing day-to-day operations
- Support and monitor team performance, encouraging staff to work to the best of their ability
- Create a positive and inspiring team environment with open communication
- 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Team Leader in a warehouse environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£13.00
