About the Role

Rikama Education Ltd is partnering with an SEN school in Sidcup to find a number of dedicated Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants for KS1 and KS2 classes.

The school caters to students with complex and severe learning difficulties and behaviors as their primary needs, and learning difficulties. Most children are pre-verbal learners in early years and P levels who require a smaller, more structured educational environment to develop.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work one-to-one and in small groups with students, ideally with experience in supporting learning in early years, KS1, or KS2.

The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team.
