About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Gateshead Branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing job cards, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing within a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain job cards, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging and communicating with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders
  • Support the parts department with ordering parts and sub-contract work when required
  • Cost work and raise invoices from job cards/repair orders
  • Responsible for cash, cheques, and parts used, charging back to appropriate accounts
  • Report time, hours sold, statistics, and budgetary information as required
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have some technical knowledge or administrative experience in a customer service environment.
