Asbestos Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys, sampling and analysis, and providing consultancy advice on asbestos-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct asbestos surveys and sampling on commercial and industrial sites.
  2. Analyze samples and provide reports on asbestos presence and quantity.
  3. Provide consultancy advice on asbestos-related matters, including remediation and removal projects.
  4. Work with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide detailed reports.
  5. Attend meetings and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  1. Hold the BOHS P402 qualification.
  2. Have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
  3. Be able to organise own workload and schedule.
  4. Have knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines.
  5. Have excellent communication skills.
