  • Maintain machinery, building infrastructure, and utility equipment to required standards.
  • Conduct proactive maintenance and support to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with facility transition and equipment installation alongside external contractors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.

Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our machinery, building infrastructure, and utility equipment to required standards. You will conduct proactive maintenance and support to minimize downtime, assist with facility transition and equipment installation, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues promptly, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering, preferably with an HNC in Mechanical Engineering. You should also have Electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3/18th Edition) and FMCG or food manufacturing experience is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently are essential.
