About the Role

Cadent is seeking a highly skilled Design Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Portfolio project team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with design-related legislation, company policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and implement design plans that meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Review and comment on contractor design plans, ensuring they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the technical query and deviation process, ensuring all design activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Interface with the SHEQS team to ensure suitable design information is provided for compliance reporting and design audits.
  • Provide monthly updates to the SHEQS team on hazards removed and observations throughout the design process.
  • Ensure all activities and interactions are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the Network Operational Standby rota.
