Job Title: Construction Cost Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team at Sterling Cross. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing costs and budgets of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost planning and estimation
  • Tendering and Contract Administration
  • Financial Management
  • Risk Management
  • Procurement
  • Project Co-ordination
  • Reporting and Documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent is preferred
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying or a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Experience with construction project management and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Competence in using computer-aided design (CAD) and project management software.
