About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team at MAC Recruit Group Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and refine digital processes.
  • Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions that optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as ROAS, conversion rates, and sales projections to improve profitability.
  • Use financial data to contribute to financial forecasting and modeling, informing marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Confidently interpret and present financial metrics to influence and guide marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee digital projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external agencies to deliver top-tier digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in senior digital roles within performance marketing environments, with a deep understanding of digital strategies and tools.
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or a data-focused field, with PPC certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint).
  • Proven strategic thinker, confident in presenting ideas and challenging the status quo.
  • Strong commercial acumen, driving sales growth for D2C or e-commerce brands through effective digital strategies.
  • Experienced in managing international paid media campaigns and skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Analytical, with a proven ability to derive insights from data to optimize performance.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience handling external agencies and leading digital projects.
