Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise concrete production, ensuring high-quality output
  • Liaise with distribution teams and hauliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain site cleanliness and tidiness
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in asphalt, aggregates, or quarrying
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • NVQ Wheeled Loading Shovel license (training provided if needed)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum
