We are seeking a Learning Support Associate to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd in North Wales. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in primary schools across Conwy and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with children or adults in a caring capacity. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom by assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help
  • Assisting with the supervision of students during playtime and lunchtime
  • Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification or experience working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (we can assist with applications)
