We are seeking a highly skilled Field Specialist to join our team at Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS). As a Field Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our customers' wells throughout their life cycle.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where your contributions will be valued and your impact will be global. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers' field management teams on operational matters
  • Ensuring that pre-made assemblies are clearly marked in accordance with inspection and test status markers and BHA connection makeup torque procedures
  • Reporting operational status and performance issues to the base operations manager or supervisor
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical or engineering degree or relevant field experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word

This role is based in the UK Offshore Fishing and Remedial Field and requires downhole and well abandonment experience within the drilling field.

Please note that this is a local position based in Aberdeen, and we do not offer relocation packages, sponsorship, or complete remote working. The candidate must live within at least 1-2 hours of the heliport or check-in location.
