About the Role

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking an experienced Site Operations Lead to join our team in Leiston, Suffolk, United Kingdom. This role provides on-site leadership to ensure the successful delivery of safe, high-quality results with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enforce Westinghouse's Codes of Business Ethics & Conduct, ensuring all employees under supervision are informed and compliant.
  • Provide on-site customer support, representing Westinghouse's ability to respond to planned and emergent customer needs, and build relationships through valuable customer information.
  • Identify customer needs, communicate within sales and product teams for potential solutions, collect marketplace data, and negotiate contracts.
  • Lead project execution, provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to field project managers, and supervise Westinghouse personnel on site.
  • Baustead and lead resolution of customer satisfaction issues, manage performance metrics evaluations, and provide feedback and mentoring to WEC OM's, Project/Service PM's Supervisors and Leads.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent related technical discipline, 10 years of engineering or field experience, prior field service, outage, and/or on-site utility experience, and significant customer-facing experience at the plant and corporate level.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary range for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include competitive compensation, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
