Marketing Events Coordinator

Role Overview
The Marketing Events Coordinator will work closely with the UK marketing team across all business units to support the delivery of high-quality events and tactical campaign support. The primary focus will be on event coordination, campaign execution, and digital support to increase sales revenue and meet key business targets within the context of the corporate and local marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Events:
- Collaborate with local marketing and sales teams to deliver high-quality events that raise company and product awareness among targeted audiences.
- Coordinate and execute participation in online and physical events, including tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and dinners, managing allocated budgets, coordinating staffing requirements, reviewing contract deliverables, stand design and production, arranging deliveries and giveaways.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is progressing, monitoring their progress to ensure quality control.
- Manage the annual events calendar, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to all.
- Research new event opportunities, sourcing prospectus and costings for the team to review.
- Work with corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency within event stands and digital assets.
- Manage event data imports to CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Support the coordination of event promotion and communications with the wider marketing team, including social media graphics, event web pages, and Pega emails.
- Assist with post-event reporting and success analysis.
- Digital:
- Provide web support and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator for the UK website, including creating new landing pages and updating existing or new corporate pages.
- Support keeping the marketing data and process within the CRM process up-to-date, managing all data imports to Pega, as well as reviewing and updating missing and incorrect data to ensure consistency and healthy data for campaign execution.
- Other:
- Support the team with research projects.
- Prepare and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in collaboration with the rest of the team to update internal stakeholders on activity and successes.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
