About the Role

Bumble is seeking a seasoned Associate Director to spearhead the scaling of its brand as the leading dating and relationships app worldwide.

This strategic and operational role will play a pivotal part in driving the brand across the globe, reporting directly to the VP of Integrated Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing large-scale integrated campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and accountability towards short-term and long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing and executing large, international 360 consumer campaigns with a proven track record in long-term brand building.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the VP of Integrated Marketing to implement the 2025 Central Team strategy, driving new user growth.
  • Leading a high-performing Central Marketing Team, supporting their development, creating opportunities, and nurturing team morale.
  • Partnering with the Bumble Creative Studio and Agency Partners to deliver best-in-class marketing activity, driving best practice for multi-channel, global campaigns.
  • Leading the briefing to execution of global marketing campaigns, working with markets and cross-functional partners to develop impactful 360 plans that are delivered on time and on budget.

The successful candidate will have a robust strategic understanding, with the ability to guide agencies through strategic projects and drive efficient activation of the Bumble Date brand across markets.

A competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is available for this exciting opportunity.
