Job Title: Clinical Manager
Job Summary:
Compass Associates is partnering with a leading provider of private Mental Health and Wellbeing services to recruit an experienced Clinical Manager. As a key member of the Senior Management team, you will provide direction and leadership to drive effective clinical practice and embed high-quality care delivery. Your focus on patient recovery and compassionate care will make a real impact on clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Manager.
- Ensure delivery of an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care, complying with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Build a team and cultivate a culture that fosters learning, growth, and professionalism.
- Lead and deliver the hospital strategy, partnering with other statutory and voluntary agencies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with minimum 2 years managerial experience.
- Experience of interpreting and analysing complex information, managing complex circumstances, and setting therapeutic boundaries.
- Ability to change practice, culture, and outcomes across professional boundaries.
- Experience of working with patients within the service lines or similar.
