Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of ordering requirements are carried out to the highest standards through managing order emails, handling inbound calls and processing orders accurately.
You will be dealing with queries and complaints and providing a satisfactory resolution that enhances the customer's experience of dealing with Bidfood.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order emails and ensure timely delivery of products
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Deal with queries and complaints and provide a satisfactory resolution
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
